Labour exchange

We for you

One of our main tasks is to integrate jobseekers into employment. In personal counselling sessions, you and your contact person at our company (case manager or integration specialist) clarify your professional and personal situation, agree on common goals for your further path to employment and look for customised and individual ways to achieve your goals.

All this is to be summarised in a Co-operation plan be written down. The cooperation plan summarises everything you need to know in a compact format. You can see at a glance which steps are planned together.

ESF Plus 2021 - 2027

European flag

The European Social Fund (ESF) is the most important financial instrument for promoting employment and social integration in Europe. It aims to improve employment and educational opportunities in the EU. The ESF has been providing the member states with funds for this purpose since 1957.

From the 2021 - 2027 funding period, the ESF will become the ESF Plus (European Social Fund Plus).

The aim is to improve employment and educational opportunities within the EU. This is primarily about investing in people. The European Social Fund Plus (ESF Plus) is also the most important financing and funding instrument of the European Union (EU) in the new 2021 - 2027 funding period to achieve these goals. One of the key objectives of the ESF Plus is to contribute to a more social Europe. As part of this, the ESF Plus supports employment projects at local, regional and national level.

In the new funding period 2021 - 2027, the Leipzig Job Centre is also planning to actively participate as a cooperation partner with the aim of improving the situation of children and young people, people with limited opportunities on the labour market and people affected or at risk of social exclusion and isolation in the city of Leipzig through various low-threshold projects.

The prerequisites for co-operation are

  • The existence of a funding guideline with allocation of funds for the city of Leipzig.
  • The receipt of a project grant from the SAB.

Detailed information on the project areas can be found on the website of the SAB and in the ESF Portal and in the respective funding guidelines.
