Transfer of sovereign tasks and powers

DELEGATION OF SOVEREIGN TASKS AND AUTHORISATIONS

The Owners' Meeting of the Leipzig Job Centre resolves to transfer tasks and the necessary sovereign powers to the Federal Employment Agency (BA) and to accept service offers from the BA by the Managing Director of the Leipzig Job Centre.

Legal bases:

  • 44c para. 2 sentence 2 no. 4 in conjunction with § Section 44b para. 4 sentence 1 SGB II
  • 44c para. 2 in conjunction with. § Section 44 b para. 5 SGB II
  • 44d para. 1 sentence 3 HS 1 SGB II

The following sovereign tasks and powers are transferred for the period from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2022:

  • Enforcement of claims for damages according to § 116 SGB X
  • Apprenticeship placement
  • Medical assessment and counselling SGB II
  • Occupational psychology service
  • Occupational psychology service - MYSKILLS
  • Service Centre SGB II
  • Debt collection (§ 44b Para. 4 Sentence 1 SGB II in conjunction with § 11 No. 1 VKFV)
