Customer response management
Customer orientation is an important business policy goal of every job centre. Authorities measure themselves - just like companies in the private sector - not only by the achievement of corresponding targets, but of course also by the satisfaction of their customers.
As the basic income support provider in our city, the Leipzig Job Centre looks after a large number of customers. Internal and external, jobseekers and unemployed people, people receiving top-up benefits and employers. As soon as customers provide feedback on their experiences at the Leipzig Job Centre, the customer response management team becomes active. Whether complaint, praise or suggestion - the customer reaction is recorded and processed accordingly.
For our institution, customer reactions are an important indicator for processes that are already running well and satisfactorily, for processes that can be expanded, but also for processes that need to be tightened up and/or optimised.
