Mission statement

We - the employees of the Leipzig Job Centre as a joint institution of the City of Leipzig and the Leipzig Employment Agency - bear a social responsibility for people who come to us for help. We see ourselves as a unit and provide services from a single source, even if we belong to different organisations.
We are aware that, together with the sponsors, our work makes a significant contribution to the common good in the city of Leipzig and to securing skilled labour for companies in the region. We are a recognised network partner in the city of Leipzig.
In order to give this high level of responsibility an orientation framework, we base our day-to-day work on our values. We have worked out these values together as part of an intensive process and anchored them in this mission statement.
