Submitting an application online for the first time
With www.jobcenter.digital you can easily submit both the current simplified initial application for citizen's allowance and all the documents required for processing. No registration or signature is currently required for the initial application.
Applications must be complete
For fast and proper processing, it is essential that all necessary documents are submitted and that your application is completed in full and includes your contact details for queries (e-mail, telephone number). The application can be completed online. Documents can be scanned or processed as a photo, for example using your smartphone.
Important for online applications
If you complete the application directly on your computer or mobile device, be sure to save all completed documents on your device first. Only then upload your saved documents via the online portal. If the document is not saved, the job centre will receive empty, i.e. incomplete applications and attachments.
