Refugees have the best chances of entering the German labour market and shaping their own professional future - especially after the integration course and with basic German language skills.
We want you to utilise your opportunities.
1. find work
We support you in starting a job directly after completing an integration course (from B1 or A2 level). In some cases, only basic language skills are required for the application. Get in touch with your job centre. They will help you find a job.
2. arrive at the job
Work is the best way to arrive in Germany. You can improve your language skills on the job and gradually build up a social network. Contact with your colleagues is particularly helpful here, as are special programmes for learning German on the job.
3. take off
Participation in working life creates real prospects: integration, security and financial freedom. You can build on your professional experience with the help of training and coaching programmes to accompany your employment or you can take part in further training. You may then be able to switch to a permanent labour migration title.
