In recent years, Germany has done an outstanding job of taking in refugees from many different countries. Findings from these last few years have shown that in order to integrate into life in Germany, it is usually not enough to simply learn the basic language via an integration course, but that self-realisation in the new world of work should also take place. To this end, the Job Turbo is once again providing new impetus throughout Germany. The goal of long-term and sustainable employment is intensively focussed on.
