Leipzig needs you! Info day on work and training
We cordially invite you to come along and find out more and exchange ideas.
Who can come? Especially women with a history of immigration, regardless of age or qualifications
When? 24 November 2025 | 10:00 - 14:00
Where? New Leipzig City Hall
Topics include careers for working with children, jobs with the City of Leipzig, preparing for job interviews, self-employment and general labour law issues.
What happens?
Market of Opportunities: Over 20 stands from associations and integration projects present their offers
Exchange: Discussion rounds with women from various professional fields about their path to work or training in Leipzig
The information day is free of charge and open to the public. Registration is not necessary.
The event is organised by the City of Leipzig, the Leipzig Job Centre and various projects, associations and advice centres for women in Leipzig.

Family-September 2025
In September, the Leipzig Job Centre invites you to take part under the motto "Inform. Support. Live ahead." to a special series of events with free workshops and talks for families. The aim of the series is to strengthen parents in their professional, family and personal situation, to show them perspectives and to promote dialogue. Over the course of several mornings, parents will receive practical tips on topics such as returning to work, being a role model for their children when choosing a career, education and participation benefits, the new job centre app, housing in Leipzig, health and much more. The workshops take place at various locations in Leipzig. Places are limited.
We therefore ask you to register with your name and desired event via the e-mail address jobcenter-leipzig.veranstaltung@jobcenter-ge.de.

22.05.2025 - Integration fair Leipzig
On Thursday, 22 May 2025, the Leipzig Integration Fair will take place for the first time at the Eventpalast on the grounds of the Alte Messe. From 10:00 to 15:00, over 60 companies and institutions will be providing information about training and employment opportunities for migrants - free of charge, accessible and multilingual.
