Employment-orientated case management

Employment-oriented case management is a special counselling and support service offered by the Leipzig Job Centre. It is aimed at people who are facing complex problems (e.g. debt, health restrictions (mental/physical), addiction, family problems) and need support in this situation.

Specially trained case managers will clarify with you in a counselling session what help you need and what strengths and resources can be activated. The case managers will talk to you about your wishes, ideas and goals and draw up a personalised integration plan. If additional network partners or other offers of help are required, these will be coordinated by the case managers. The aim is to noticeably improve your chances of integration at the end of the counselling process.
