programme \u201eInnovative Ways to Participate in Working Life \u2013 rehapro\u201c and is trialling innovative approaches to support people with health-related limitations. To this end, the Leipzig Job Centre launched the two projects SanusLE and LIPSY several years ago, both of which came to an end in 2025. In 2024, our third rehapro project, \u201eG2 \u2013 Healthy Together\u201c, was launched.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">rehapro in Leipzig: G2 \u2013 healthy together<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><p>The \u201eG2 \u2013 Healthy Together\u201c project focuses on providing support within the wider family context. The aim of the project is to equip all members of the household with health literacy skills, in line with the principle of \u201ehelping people to help themselves\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eG2 \u2013 Healthy Together\u201c focuses on the whole family and aims both to prevent health problems through early intervention and to consciously tackle any existing difficulties. Participation in the project is voluntary.<\/p>\n<p>The project centres on the health and family support workers (GFB). Their services include weekly to monthly contact, as well as personalised and comprehensive support with health-related and other issues faced by families. They refer participants to suitable services within the local community and provide coaching, as well as active support and guidance to participants. Together with active networking, the project aims to contribute to the long-term stabilisation of participants.<\/p>\n<p>For some of the families receiving support, the innovative \u201eKiEBa \u2013 Children and Parents in Balance\u201c programme, which offers a wide range of health services, is available as a supplementary measure at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cit-leipzig.de\/Projekte_fuer_Ihre_Gesundheit.php?action=KiEBA#boxContainer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ciT Leipzig GmbH<\/a> be used.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">What is the federal rehapro programme?<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><p>Under the federal programme \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.modellvorhaben-rehapro.de\/DE\/Home\/home_node.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Innovative ways to participate in working life \u2013 rehapro<\/a>\u201cThe Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS) is implementing the legislature\u2019s mandate to fund pilot projects aimed at strengthening rehabilitation (Section 11 of Book IX of the Social Code).
