the labour market include advising and supporting the joint institution on issues relating to gender equality in basic benefits for jobseekers, the advancement of women and the compatibility of family and career for both genders. At the same time, the Equal Opportunities Officer supports and advises those entitled to benefits and those living with them in a benefit community.<\/p>\n<p>She initiates and supports projects that counteract inequality and serve to improve the compatibility of family and career for both genders, as well as initiating projects for women and parents\/single parents. She is particularly concerned with improving the placement and integration opportunities of women, parents and single parents.
