Social Code (SGB II) \u2013 Integration of long-term benefit recipients<\/h3>\n<p>Supports employers in recruiting people who have been receiving benefits for a long time.<br \/>\n\u2022 Objective: sustainable integration into employment subject to social security contributions.<br \/>\n\u2022 Eligibility criteria include, amongst other things: having received benefits for at least 21 months within the last 24 months, as well as approval from the Jobcentre.<br \/>\n\u2022 Wage subsidy: 75 % in the first year, 50 % in the second year.<br \/>\n\u2022 In addition: ongoing coaching and advice throughout the funding period.<br \/>\n\u2022 No legal entitlement \u2013 the decision is made by the relevant jobcentre.<\/p>\n<p>Employers can contact the Federal Employment Agency\u2019s joint provided that the statutory requirements are met.<br \/>\n\u2022 Objective: social inclusion and long-term integration into the labour market.<br \/>\n\u2022 Wage subsidy for up to 5 years:<br \/>\n\u2013 Years 1\u20132: 100 %<br \/>\n\u2013 Year 3: 90 %<br \/>\n\u2013 Year 4: 80 %<br \/>\n\u2013 Year 5: 70 %<br \/>\n\u2022 Supportive coaching for employees and employers.<br \/>\n\u2022 Further training and qualifications may also be funded.<br \/>\n\u2022 The decision on whether to grant support is taken by the relevant Jobcentre in accordance with the relevant
